RPGinders EP 666 - The Devil Made Us Do The Show!

A lot of tears, blood and sweat has been lost in the pursuit of unleashing the Beast! Many sacrifices have been made. The Grinders even offered their souls to Satan. 

It turns out the Grinders have already offered their souls to Lucifer. In fact, they have done it numerous times. So many times that Beelzebub has begged them to stop. His pleas fell on death ear and the Grinders just kept on begging. 

The Dark Prince had finally had enough. He allowed the Grinders to start the End of Days by releasing episode Six Hundred Sixty-Six! 

Prepare your selves mortals. The end is nigh....

Look on the bright side. Mephistopheles is allowing everyone the privilege of listening to one more episode of RPGrinders. 

With the blessing of Ahriman, the Grinders give this week's news. Gato Studio gives an honest reason for delaying The Waylanders until February. They need more time to work on their game and we appreciate the honesty. It isn't the only game releasing in the Winter of 2022, as Elex II is coming out in March and Labyrinth Legend is releasing in January.

With the permission of Hecate, Frank gives this episodes only review. He recommends that we all see the movie I Saw The Devil.

This week's Stinkos are extra evil as they have been influenced by Moloch. Politics, celebrity deaths, and more. The evil one loves these kind of things.

Pluto's pure evil will not allow Sweetos. The Grinders are left with a dilemma. Do they defy the Dark Lord's wishes or do they do a show without Sweetos?

Yaotzin loves two things. Evil and Thanksgiving dinner. To appease their master, the Grinders finally determine the Greatest Thanksgiving Food Item of All Time! Deviled eggs, turkey breasts, pumpkin pies, and I would go on but I'm starting to drool.

RPGrinders EP 663 - Butter Fondue

When the temperature starts to fall, the screams fill the air, and the blood runs cold we are left with a choice. Do you run, hide, fight, or put on your headphones and listen to a brand new episode of RPGrinders!?

With only two episodes left before Halloween, the most important question of our generation moves another round closer to an answer! What is the best Halloween candy? Only the RPGrinders can answer that question!  

Will M & M's melt to the competition or in your mouth? Can a fruit flavored candy survive against the all mighty Hershey bar? Do you prefer peanut butter cups or do you like your peanuts in Mr.Goodbar? Is the novelty puff of fake candy cigarette smoke a better thing to find in your bag than a Tootsie Roll? Does everything thing I see look like a Tootsie Roll to me?

Halloween candy isn't the only thing on the menu. We can't enjoy the candy dessert until we have a fresh meal of news, reviews, stinkos, and sweetos. 

The news is short this week but full of delays. The current gen versions of Cyberpunk 2077 and the Witcher 3 won't be getting meaningful updates until 2022. Even the Switch is seeing delays, as the Advance Wars remake has been pushed back to the vague window called "Spring". Even the highly anticipated Elden Ring is being pushed back to Feb 2022.

It wouldn't be an episode of RPGrinders if we didn't have some stinkos. As usual, the American government continues to be a source of Break's frustrations. Eric and Frank mourn the loss of two people within the entertainment industry.  

As bad as things may get, we at least have sweetos to remind us that it isn't all bad. Unless you are the Lt Gov of Texas and you are forced to pay rewards to the people that have proven you wrong. Dan Patrick fucked around and found out. 

Next week we will determine the Greatest Halloween Candy of All Time! We might even have some surprises instore.

RPGinders EP 660 - COVID-19 Vaxxed My AntiVax

It's October again and we all know what that means, Halloween candy! It also means the temperature is getting cooler. Horror movies will dominate the streaming services. Pumpkin spice will be added to every food and the RPGrinders start a brand new tournament, or do they?!

For gamers, Autumn has another meaning. This is the time of the year when a lot of companies start releasing their biggest titles. Among those big releases: Square Enix (Does anybody else still call them Squenix? Or just me?) is releasing the generically titled Dungeon Encounters on the 14th. The fishing RPG Moonglow will be out on the 26th, after a short delay. The PC is getting a new Monster Hunter on the 12th of November. And on December 15th, Sega is releasing Sin Chronicle. 

The normal reviews are high jacked by a dirty old Break Man. Apparently, Perv Man has been spending a lot of time using his Nintendo Switch to look at naked video game characters. The perv reviews not 1, not 2, not even 3 games. He reviews 4 games that feature topless women. Are any of them fun games or do they exist just to show nipples?

The Stinkos are dominated by COVID-19. The virus continues to ravage the planet. Once again, the virus hits too close to home for one of the hosts.  

The COVID-19 conversation is important. So instead of starting a new tournament the RPGrinders tackle the topic of vaccinations. Will we reach a herd immunity? When will the pandemic end? Should everyone get vaxxed? We ask these and many more important questions. We aren't experts so we are just trying to figure this out the best we can.
