A New Year means a new season of the same ol` Grinders!
Frank and Eric handle the news because Break is MIA, again. Break does manage to show up in time to talk about what he has been playing. The same things he is always playing. Although Break's gaming week may disappoint, Eric and Frank have played enough to pick up the slack. South Park, Mad Max and many more games get discussed.
A lot of Stinkos, involving everything from sports to entitled YouTubers.
Now that Frank has had a few weeks of this generation of gaming, he explains why he has avoided multiplayer gaming. That prompted a discussion on how everyone feels about multiplayer. Frank, Eric, and the chatters all prefer a wonderful single player experience and give good reasons why. Break mostly agrees, however he seems to get some sick pleasure from killing other gamers.

In this episode of RPGrinders the guys get through some news, and Frank mentions all those(now dead) sweet deals he found on Xbox.com Games with Gold. After that, there's some talk about how shitty this year's mostly been, but not without mentioning the good things(Break is now the proud owner of an SNES Classic!). It's the last episode of 2017. The last episode before the RPGrinders celebrate the holidays!
It's a packed episode with so many different topics from taxes to Star Wars. Last week, the show was Star Wars spoiler free but this week is spoilertastic! If you haven't seen Star Wars: The Last Jedi, for some odd reason, you might have to skip a part of the show. Don't worry, we give you a spoiler warning before we start.
There is a lot of venting and anger when the government and taxes are discussed but that can't sour the good news; Frank finally joins this generation of gaming with his very own Xbox One X! With Xbox Game Pass, Frank has been able to try a lot of games. Of the bunch, Wolfenstein earned his highest praises.
Before the Grinders can set off in search of food they take a moment to reflect on some of their favorite and least favorite games of the year.

In this new heavy episode, the guys are graced with Eric's return after a nasty cold and sinus infection which robbed him of thier voice. Although he's not quite ready, as he has a coughing fit in the middle of the show. He recovers though, and the crew has a big talk on more Cop and goverment nonsense. On this special episode of RPGrinders, the crew re-settles back into it's original timeslot for the forseeable future, and hopefully it bears more fruit this time. After getting through the brief news, there's much discussion on even more poticals, and we almost get sidetracks with cartoons and comics. Eric isn't around becuase they can't talk, although they still manage to haunt the chatroom to be there in spirit. On this final Saturday episode, the gang is reunited! We hope it wont be the last time as we move to our new(old) time slot, Fridays at 7 PM Eastern.
A quick news cycle gives the guys plenty of time to talk about Black Fiday deals. Everyone is able to take advantage but none more so than Frank and his brand new 2000 inch TV! He got the TV but first he had to earn it by engaging Best Buy in mortal combat! Since that fight is won he now plans to use that TV to "enjoy" the new Justice League movie, starring Batfleck and Aquabro.
Eric, Mug and even Break have all been playing new games, like Horizon Dawn Zero and South Park, while Frank has been trying to decide what else he should buy. An Xbox One S or a PS4?

In this movie review filled episode of RPGrinders, the guys once again do without Mug, as they make their announcement to move back to Fridays a fortnight from now. It's really for everyone's best interests. But after gettign the chunky news segment out of the way, Eric reviews Thor: Ragnarock and Pokemon - I Choose You. There's also a review of the roundabout expereince they had seeing Justice League. Maybe He'll actually review it next week, or the following week. But we also get in on the holiday consumer spirit with everyone's favorite, Black Friday. Break busts out the sweet deals for games and hardware, and that's a wrap! The RPGrinders quickly burn through a long news section to get to the meat of the show, a whirlwind debate on politics and racism. Frank goes off on Trump and the rest of our so called leaders.
Frank and Break hotly (as usual) debate the NFL and comparisons between owners and slavery. It wouldn't be an episode of RPGrinders if Frank and Break didn't argue.
They disagree about a lot of things but they can agree on their dislike for Daylight Savings Time and Donald Trump.

As the night of Old Hallows Eve approaches, the Grinders prepare for the frights to come.
They celebrate the holliday by sharing some of their favorite scary movies and games. Zombies, werewolves, vampires, critters, puppets, Pinheads, ghosts, and all sorts of the scariest things.
Before the scary fun begins, the Grinders trek through a long news cycle and get hung up on Stinkos. Frank and Break get into another back and forth, this time over the government and the tax rates of corporations. Before things get too heated, Mug is there to be the adult in the room. Frank and Break might never agree but they will always be friends.
Horror, racism, politics. The Grinders are never afraid to tackle any issue!
Happy Halloween. MUHAHAHAHA!
